About the program
VialVibes (operated by APEX Research, LLC) may consider limited product support for legitimate academic or institutional laboratory research. This is not a formal open call with fixed award amounts, guaranteed funding, or published selection criteria at this time.
Support, if offered, would be for research-use materials only and would not authorize human use, clinical applications, or any non-research purpose. Any award is discretionary and subject to verification of researcher qualifications, institutional affiliation, and intended experimental use.
How to express interest
There is no online form yet. Please email a brief interest note (PDF or plain text preferred) to:
research@vialvibes.comPlease include:
- Investigator name and role (PI, postdoc, lab manager, etc.)
- Institution or organization and department
- Short project summary (research question, in vitro methods, compounds of interest)
- Approximate timeline and material quantities requested (if known)
- Confirmation that materials will be used solely for laboratory research in compliance with institutional rules and our RUO policy
Important limitations
- Submission of interest does not guarantee product support, pricing discounts, or a response timeline.
- We may decline requests that appear inconsistent with research-only use or applicable law.
- We do not fund clinical trials, human use, or animal studies outside of lawful, institutionally overseen research where permitted—and any such requests require full compliance documentation.
- All products remain subject to our Terms of Sale.
