- Select the target research amount (mg) required for your in-vitro assay aliquot.
- Select the vial content (mg) of the lyophilized research material.
- Select the reconstitution volume (mL) of bacteriostatic water or other suitable diluent added to the vial.
- Review the calculated concentration (mg/mL) and volume to aliquot / transfer for your experimental prep.
Concentration = vial content ÷ reconstitution volume. Aliquot volume = target research amount ÷ concentration. Values are intended for laboratory planning of research solutions only.
